Are there any shipping restrictions customers should be aware of?
Yes, there are a couple of shipping restrictions. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time. We will, however, ship to active service military professionals. Please contact us if your order will not go through and you are stationed at a military base outside of the U.S. We are happy to help! Email us at http://www.thepainstore.com/contact.html. Please also note: for security reasons, we cannot ship to PO boxes. A physical address is required.

What does it cost to ship a package?
Shipping starts at $4.95 and goes up depending on the weight of the items and quantity ordered. Whenever possible, we try to give our customers shipping charges as close to the actual shipping cost. If you have concerns about the shipment cost for a certain list of items, please contact us and we would be happy to work with you and/or adjust the prices as necessary. We are reasonable people trying to help everyone out there with pain management. As you can tell by our prices, we are certainly trying to offer the best possible deal!

How long does it take to receive my shipment?
Depending on how far you are from Southern California, it generally takes anywhere from a few days to a week. We try to use priority mail for most shipments to ensure you get your pain relief items quickly. We do not list any back-ordered items for sale on the site. So, please know that your order will leave our hands within 24-48 hours whenever possible. If you order over the weekend, it will generally go out on Monday. We have received excellent feedback regarding our speedy shipping. Count on us!

What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, so long as the item is in its original new, sealed condition. When making a return, items that include a 'freebie' must include the 'freebie' item as well as the item that you intend to return. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept opened or used items for return. We recognize that in the quest for pain relief, you may find that items occasionally do not live up to your expectations. Because every person is different, this happens from time to time. This is the reason we offer such low prices -- to allow our customers to find many different options at a very reasonable cost. However, if an item has a material defect (impacting the ability to use the product as intended) returns will be accepted for 30 days from date of purchase. Defects that occur as the result of improper use cannot be refunded. We ask that all customers read the full details on our return policy, as well as all terms and conditions.
